Our story
Our RPSA surveyors draw on over a decade of site management experience to provide expert snagging inspections. We possess professional insight into every stage of the build process, ensuring strict adherence to NHBC and NHQB regulations. By combining technical knowledge with an insider's view of developer customer care and sales protocols, we act as your dedicated advocates. Our mission is to ensure your new home meets the highest quality standards before you move in.
Pre-completion survey – Contact us with your completion date and we will liaise with the site sales/customer care department to book in your pre-completion survey. We are restricted to using NHQC standards for this inspection which limits the depth of the inspection, with the main benefit being the developer can rectify issues prior to completion, if not within 30 days causing less disruption.
Post-completion survey – Post-completion surveys can be more intrusive with options like thermal imaging, cavity inspections and drone inspection. The developer has no set time frame in which to carry out these defects unless not within the warranty and building control providers’ tolerances.
Digital snag report – A digital snag report is for you to do at home. This will cover an easy report to tick and make comments. We will allow 1 hour of our time to kick start your snagging inspection, a more cost-effective way to snag your home if you wish to do so.
